Tower Capital Advisors does more than give our opinion and analytics away at no charge. We purchase towers as well as leases at the highest prices in the market utilizing structures that don’t attempt to take what we aren’t paying for, and at no cost to the Seller. We either purchase for our own portfolio or place your asset in the hands of the same vetted, well capitalized funds we contractually sell AT&T’s towers and leases to as the carrier directs. In the latter case, we are rarely compensated by the seller and either participate with the buyer or are paid by them.
