Tower Capital Advisors, LLC (TCA) today announced the completion of a sell-side engagement for the sale of Century Communities wireless assets located on their Rhodes Ranch Golf Club community in Las Vegas. TCA’s RFP services, combined with our relationships with more than a dozen competing buyers, allowed Century to achieve one of the highest prices ever paid for cellular leases and a tower structure.

Tower Capital Advisors (TCA) announced that it has closed on a funding facility for the aggregation of wireless leases. According to Michael DeMita, TCA’s CEO, the facility is priced more competitively than any other he has seen in the space and will allow TCA to pay higher prices to property owners with a cell tower or rooftop leases from the major carriers on their property than most if not all, other firms that buy these assets.
